MN Real Estate 2022-2023 Module Now Available
Minnesota Real Estate Agents are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education credits every 2 years to renew their real estate license. However, the 30 hours must be broken down into 15 hours each year. The deadline for completing these 15 hours this year is June 30, 2023. Real Estate agents can take all of their continuing education classes online. Training Cove offers two 15-hour packages that meet all Minnesota Department of Commerce requirements for each year.
