When do I have to renew my real estate license in Minnesota?

Minnesota Real Estate Agents are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education credits every 2 years to renew their real estate license. However, the 30 hours must be broken down into 15 hours each year. The deadline for completing these 15 hours this year is June 30, 2024.

Michigan has New Real Estate CE requirements!

A new law was just passed in Michigan that affects all MI real estate licensees. Every year during their license period, real estate agents and brokers must complete one hour of training on local, state, or federal fair housing laws.

When do you need to renew your Rhode Island real estate license? It depends on when you first obtained your license.

  • If you were licensed before January 1, 2020, you should renew it by April 30, 2024.
  • If you obtained your license after that date, you should renew it every two years on the anniversary of when you initially got it.

Rhode Island real estate licensees must complete 24 hours of real estate continuing education courses every two years to renew their license. At least nine of the twenty-four clock hours must be designated as ‘core’ courses including a minimum of 3 hours in federal, Rhode Island, and local law pertaining to fair housing.
